Pricing
At KW Assist, we believe in providing transparency; you will always know exactly where your money goes. To accomplish this, we track our time for each and every task we perform. We then send you an itemized breakdown each month that contains a list of what tasks were completed and exactly how long it took to complete.
Administrative Support
Administrative Support Services are charged at a rate of $0.91 per minute, billed by the minute. We help you with everything from preparing paperwork in webforms, populating listings in Matrix, adding listings to your website, keeping your CRM updated, to uploading all paperwork to Command all day long.
Graphic Design, Writing and Web Design
The rate for these creative services sits at $1.08 per minute, billed by the minute. Our team of professionals helps to write marketing material, website copy, blog posts, and developing logos and graphics to improve your website by keeping it fresh and current.
Monthly Plans
We provide monthly package plans for social media management, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising. The pricing for these plans depends on the scope and frequency of the work you require.

Grapic Designers
The graphic designers are our very own online artists. Using their skilled eyes and talents with computer software, they carefully design visual concepts to communicate and interact with your customers through advertisements, websites and social media and reports.
Writers
Our team of writers provides creative support in writing social media content, blog posts, marketing copy, website copy and more. Whether you need a piece of work started from scratch, a fresh rework

Flexible and customizable Solutions for your Growing Needs
Active Support
Our active clients generally use our services up to 20 hours per week, although this number fluctuates with their business. If you are busier at certain times of the month and less during others, we adapt to meet your needs. Clients who require more active support would likely see listings and transactions from start to finish, including client updates and interaction.
Part Time Support
If you only need 5-10 hours of assistance a week, you may only require our part-time services. Clients that use us part-time may only need help with parts of the listing or transaction process or help to update their CRM or Command each month.
Project Based
Clients who use our services once or twice every year or as needed are our Project-Based clients. This could entail assistance in hand-writing the addresses on the envelopes for Christmas cards, or occasionally help with creating content for social media.
Occasional
For occasional help with particular monthly tasks, we have you covered. Whether it be updating your CRM monthly based on closed transactions or sending out birthday and anniversary cards, we are available on-demand.
